We’re excited to announce that our Neko Music Center magazine, Endowed Me with Talents, is officially released! This special edition captures the heart of our musical journey from 2023 to 2024, highlighting the vibrant activities, performances, and achievements of our students and teachers throughout the year.

Inside, you’ll find inspiring stories that showcase our passion for music education — from heartwarming student performances during festive seasons to reflections from our dedicated instructors, like Mr. Eddie Chan, whose guidance has shaped countless voices and talents.

A featured section, “Songs for Sarawak,” offers a glimpse into the rich musical heritage of the Kenyah people. On December 18, 1996, the author was deeply moved by their harmonious choral singing in Long Moh. Songs like Ateklan reflect cultural identity and educational value, fitting beautifully within Kodály-based teaching methods.
